4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, send email, store data or provide analytics, under written contracts that require them to process data only on our instructions and keep it secure.
  • Logistics and installation partners, only when you proceed to a confirmed order and only the information needed to deliver and commission your unit.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with supplementary measures where needed.

6. How long we keep data

  • Reservation data: for as long as your reservation is active, and for up to 24 months after it is cancelled or fulfilled, unless a longer period is required for an order contract, warranty or legal obligation.

  • Correspondence: up to 36 months after the last contact.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months, in aggregated or pseudonymised form.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request.

How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected]. We will respond within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out where applicable law requires it.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where required by law.

9. Robot data (after delivery)

This Policy covers the Site and reservations. Data generated by a delivered robot — such as camera, audio and task data — is governed by a separate product privacy notice provided with your order. By design, perception data is processed on the robot and is not uploaded unless you enable a specific remote-support session.

10. Children

The Site and reservations are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. If changes are significant, we will notify people with active reservations by email before they take effect.

12. Contact

Questions or requests about this Policy: [email protected]. General enquiries: [email protected].
